Graduated from
University of Malaya with B.A (Hons) in Geography. Started his
career in the Kedah Civil Service, starting as cadet officer in
Kedah Land Office in 1971, rising to the position of Kedah State
Secretary in June 2003. During his 33 years of service with the
State, he had served in various capacities, ranging from
District Officer (1990-1997), Director of State Economic
Planning Unit (2001) and State Financial Officer (2003). He
retired from Kedah State Civil Service in October 2004. He is
currently involved in the property development industry. |

Obtained a
Degree in Economics from University of Malaya (UM) and holds an
MBA from University of Santa Clara, USA. He is currently Chief
Executive Officer of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK) and
serves as a director for several PKNK’s subsidiaries. |

Besides being a
Director at KSDC, he is overseeing the operations of KSDC Insurance Brokers
Sdn Bhd.
Graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in Bachelor of Accountancy(Hons).
Starting his career in Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK) since 1995 till
present. He was also a Director for several GLC's companies owned by PKNK.

Dato’ Wan Mustaffa Bin Wan Mahmud |
|
Graduated in
1974 with BA(Hons) from University of Malaya. Started his career
with Inland Revenue Department as Tax Officer and later served
the State Government of Kedah in various capacities ranging from
Assistant District Officer in 1975 – 1976, Assistant State
Secretary 1976-1978, State Treasury 1987-1991 and many other
departments within the State to finally as a District Officer of
Kuala Muda, Kedah from 2003 – 2005, before his retirement.
Presently, he is the Director of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd. |
